NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE SAID ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registrations of:

Worcester United Services Club Limited (Registered No. 8686R) the registered office of which is at 86 Lowesmoor, Worcester, Hereford and Worcester.
Southend Social Club Limited (Registered No. 14308R) the registered office of which is at Silkmore Lane, Stafford, Staffordshire.
Burntwood Conservative Club Limited (Registered No. 22305R) the registered office of which is at 16 Cannock Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire.
Servomec Eighty Limited (Registered No. 23237R) the registered office of which is at Phoenix Road, Hawks Green, Cannock, Staffordshire WS11 2LB.
Worcester Neighbourhood Co-operative Limited (Registered No. 23484R) the registered office of which is at Hillborough, Tallow Hill, Worcester, Hereford and Worcester.

on the grounds that the Societies have ceased to exist.
The Societies cease to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Societies, which may be enforced against them as if such cancellation had not taken place.
