Resolutions for Winding-up

At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Kingsbury House, 468 Church Lane, Kingsbury, London NW9 8UA on 23 May 2008, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Situl Devji Raithatha, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Springfields Business Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, 80 Hinckley Road, Leicester LE3 0RD, is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and held on the same day, the appointment of Situl Devji Raithatha was confirmed.
