Resolutions for Winding-up

At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Read Woodruff, 24 Cornwall Road, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1RX, on 23 July 2008, at 2.15 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael Robert Fortune and Carl Derek Faulds, of Portland Business & Financial Solutions Limited, The Outlook, Ling Road, Poole, Dorset BH12 4PY, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
