Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 6 September 2011 Saint Fiacre Investissements SAS (as Nominee to BNP Paribas European Private Equity III FCPR) (the “Transferor”) transferred to Saint Fiacre Investissements 2 SAS (as Nominee to BNP Paribas Europe Funds III FCPR) (the “Transferee”) part of the interest held by it in the Partnership, specifically, a Capital Contribution of €2.14 and a Loan Commitment of €21,406.59. Both Transferor and Transferee are and shall remain limited partners in the Partnership.
