Notice is hereby given that on 3rd April 2003 an Administration Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by Gillian Margaret Rayson and John Alan Rayson, both of The Stables, 198 Old Station Road, Hampton in Arden, Solihull, West Midlands, Directors of Crafts & Woollens Limited in respect of Crafts & Woollens Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 375 West George Street, Glasgow in which Petition the Court ad interim appointed David Kelso Hunter, Chartered Accountant and Derek Murray Law Forsyth, Chartered Accountant both of Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley to be joint managers of the company with the powers conferred under Schedule I of the Insolvency Act 1986; and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 14 days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
