Meetings of Creditors

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at De Vere Daresbury Park Hotel, Chester Road, Warrington WA4 4BB on 29 April 2009 at 1.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Middleton Partners, 38 Langham Street, London W1W 7AR not later than 12 noon on the day prior to the meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Middleton Partners, 38 Langham Street, London W1W 7AR, on the two business days immediately prior to the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
