Meetings of Creditors

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Oury Clark Chartered Accountants, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, SL1 1PG, on 30 April 2009, at 2.00 pm for the purposes of dealing with Section 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting. A full list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be examined, free of charge, at the offices of Oury Clark, Chartered Accountants, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, between the hours of 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on the two business days prior to the date of this Meeting. Forms of proxy, which if intended to be used at the Meeting, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of Oury Clark, Chartered Accountants, not later than 12.00 noon on the last business day before the Meeting. Creditors should be aware that Resolutions regarding the Liquidator’s fees will be voted upon at this Meeting.
