Appointment of Receivers

INSUREPAIR (GLASGOW) LIMITED

(IN RECEIVERSHIP)

We, Kenneth W Pattullo and Alan H Tomlinson, of Begbies Traynor, Atholl Exchange, 6 Canning Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EG hereby give notice that we were appointed Joint Receivers of the whole property and undertaking of Insurepair (Glasgow) Limited in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 29 December 2010.

In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, preferential creditors are required to lodge their formal claims with us within six months of this date.
