Notice is hereby given that Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution plc, company registration number SC213460 and whose registered office is situated at Inveralmond House 200 Dunkeld Road, Perth, PH1 3AQ; has applied to the Scottish Ministers for consent to install and keep installed a replacement 33,000 volt wood pole overhead electricity line between Aultbea (Grid Reference NG8819 8913) and Dundonnell (Grid Reference NH1049 8796) Ross-Shire and for a direction under Section 57(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 that planning permission for the development to be deemed to be granted.
Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution plc has now submitted to Scottish Ministers further information in the form of an addendum including additional information plus route changes to the 33,000 volt wood pole overhead electricity line Environmental Statement.
Copies of the addendum together with the Environmental Statement and the associated application, explaining the Company’s proposals in more detail are available for inspection during normal office hours at

The Environmental Statement and Addendum can also be viewed at the Scottish Government Library at Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ. A copy of the further information has been made available to The Highland Council, Area Planning & Building Standards Office, Council Offices, 84 High Street, Dingwall, IV15 9QN for public inspection.
Copies of the addendum may be obtained from Lindsay Matheson, Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution Plc, Henderson Road, Inverness, IV1 1SN at a charge of £25 per hard copy and £2 on CD. Copies of a short non-technical summary are available free of charge.
Any representations should be made in writing to The Scottish Government, Energy Consents Unit, 4th Floor, 5 Atlantic Quay, 150 Broomielaw, Glasgow G2 8LU or emailed to energyconsents@scotland.gsi.gov.uk identifying the proposal and specifying grounds for objection or support, not later than 27th May 2011. Representations should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of those making representation. All representations to the Scottish Government will be copied in full to the planning authority on request.
All previous representations received in relation to this development remain valid.
