At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company duly convened and held at MB Insolvency, Aston House, 5 Aston Road North, Aston, Birmingham B6 4DS, on 31 March 2011 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Bowen, of MB Insolvency, Aston House, 5 Aston Road North, Birmingham, B6 4DS, (IP No. 8711) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
