A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AF, presented on 9 June 2009 by ATS Euromaster Limited of Vantage Point, 20 Upper Portland Street, Birmingham B6 5TW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Birmingham District Registry at 33 Bull Street Birmingham B4 6DS on 15 July 2009 at 10.00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
