APPLICATION FOR INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER UNDERTAKER FOR THE EX BITTACY HILL GASWORKS AT MILL HILL, NORTH LONDON

Anglian Water Services Limited, of registered address Anglian House, Ambury Road, Huntingdon PE28 3NZ hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991, that it has applied to the Director General of Water Services, to be appointed as Water Undertaker in the place of Thames Water Utilities Limited. Maps showing the areas covered by the applications may be inspected at the Company’s office at Cirrus House, Glebe Road, Huntingdon PE29 7DX during normal business hours.
The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act will be applicable in that there will be no premises within the area served by Thames Water Utilities Limited.
