Resolutions for Winding-up

At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5AA on 11 December 2009 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Engin Faik, of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
